New high performance diamond filaments
Kebblax Filaments
For the surface treatment of wood, marble, ceramic, stone and steel with outstanding results
Kebblax - DIA Ä Diamond filaments are manufactured from a base
polymer of Polyamide 6,12 with Diamond Grits ( DIA ) .
These filaments are mainly used for the manufacture of brushes and
brush tools. The random distribution of the diamond particles,
combined with a unique blend of polymer and other additives in
Kebblax - DIAÄ filaments are the main determining factors of their
performance.
Thanks to the flexible nature of Polyamide 6,12, brushes with Kebblax Å filaments can be used at any angle required in order to maintain contact with the surface to be worked.
The use of carefully selected raw materials and special additives have improved the properties of Kebblax Å filaments with regard to temperature resistance, tensile strength and bend recovery, for deployment in both dry and wet applications. This flexibility in the nature of the polymer has further improved its resistance to chemicals with the end result of a longer product life span. Kebblax-DIA Å subsequently lends itself to a wide are of application, especially at stronger forces.
Kebblax-DIA Å is normally available from stock as a standard product in a range of diameters from 0,30 mm. (0,010") to 2,00 mm. ( 0,075" ) and in grit sizes from a fine Diamond 3500 to a very aggressive Diamond 24.
Further diameter and grit combinations are available on request.
